Greetings, I’m Priya, a qualified and accredited health and well-being coach at Aylesford Medical Centre, nearing completion of my integrative counsellor certification. My journey includes valuable experiences as a trainee counsellor for NHS Lambeth and NHS Sutton, volunteering with Age UK and Bromley Dementia Hub for two years has honed my ability to adapt to diverse needs and circumstances. Beyond professional pursuits, I find joy in reading, exploring nature through walks, whipping up culinary delights, dancing and cherishing solitary moments.

In my practice, I foster a safe, confidential and empathetic space where individuals can embark on life-altering, sustainable lifestyle changes. My focus encompasses areas such as anxiety, stress, depressive episodes, body image concerns, guilt, shame, bereavement, low self-confidence, low self-esteem and relationship issues . I’m dedicated to offering patients an environment where vulnerability is met with understanding and unconditional positive regard.

By aligning sessions with each patient’s unique needs, I draw from my coaching background, ensuring a tailored approach that resonates with their journey. My commitment to personalised care extends beyond my professional realm.

Outside my professional role, I embrace the roles of a devoted wife, busy mother to three wonderful kids, and a furry companion. Recognising the challenges of carving out personal time, I advocate for self-love, subscribing to the belief that “the cup is refillable.” Practicing what I preach, I prioritise my well-being through leisurely walks, engaging podcasts, and creative pursuits, understanding the importance of holistic self-care.
