Measles and Pertussis

Measles: there continues to be an increase in cases of measles in London. All London boroughs have suspected cases, though not all have confirmed cases. Please encourage your eligible patients to get their vaccine. Patient information about the MMR vaccination is available here .

 Pertussis: at the time of writing, there are nearly 3000 cases in London. Please encourage your pregnant patients to get their vaccine to protect themselves and in order to protect their baby in their first few weeks after birth. Patient information is available here.
