#MedSafetyWeek 2025 – 3 to 9 NovemberHelp make medicines and medical products safer for everyone

This year marks the 10th annual #MedSafetyWeek, a global campaign to raise awareness about the importance of reporting side effects and problems with medicines, vaccines, or medical devices.

The theme for 2025 is:
“We can all help make medicines safer”

Whether you’re a patient, carer, or simply someone who uses healthcare products, you have a vital role to play. By reporting any side effects or issues you’ve experienced, you’re helping protect others and improve safety.

📢 In the UK, you can report problems or side effects using the MHRA Yellow Card scheme. This includes:

  • Side effects from medicines or vaccines
  • Issues with medical devices
  • Problems with herbal remedies or other healthcare products
